The generous top-level great room is designed in a palette of cool soothing gray with accents of coastal blues and greens and cathedral ceilings to provide an airy and expansive feel. This open space will inspire you to reminisce about the day's adventures while you lounge on a sofa with built-in chaise or the two strikingly eclectic chairs.  Your group may relish the time together for drinks and lively conversation or relax around the flat screen TV to enjoy a favorite movie or TV show.   The sliding glass doors off this living area provide the room with plentiful light and lead to a balcony overlooking your private pool and the golf course, with comfortable Adirondack chairs and a small table.  You will sip your morning coffee as the cool ocean breeze brushes past you and you watch the Outer Banks awaken to another memorable day.

The great room extends into an open, well-equipped kitchen with ample charcoal oak cabinets, and gorgeous granite countertops.  The extensive center island provides seating for the food critics as they wait for the gourmet chefs in the group to produce their culinary creations.  Overlooking the golf course, the entire family can dine together around the large wood dining table, with seating for 10.  Seated next to a second set of sliding glass doors with another entrance to the private balcony, your group has the ability to enjoy the evening breeze in an open-air dining experience.  A generous King Master suite makes the top floor complete, with views facing east toward the Atlantic Ocean. You will indulge in the spa-like master bathroom, with white subway tile shower and a double vanity with  dual sinks.

 

Each floor of this spacious Outer Banks vacation home offers a unique experience, ensuring that there is something for everyone in the group.  The middle floor offers will entertain the entire group with a pool table and shuffleboard table. Complete with a set of high stools and a flat-screen TV, this room flows out into another deck with overlooking the golf course.  There is ample opportunity for the competing players to alternate between the game room and the sultry ocean air out on the deck while enjoying a few beverages. Two King Master suites on this level (one convertible to two twins) offer wonderful privacy.

 

The ground floor offers yet another place to both relax and easily access the outdoor amenities.  The children in the group might call dibs on this room with its sofa with built-in chaise lounge and flat screen TV.  If they brought video game consoles, they can hook them up here, or just enjoy a movie. They can even claim the bedrooms on this level. One room has two sets of bunk beds and the other features two double beds. These two bedrooms share a full hall bath. The best part of having a wet bar and refrigerator on the ground floor is that it’s also closest to the POOL!

 

Yes! Work on your tan on one of the comfy sun loungers next to your private 12’x25’ in-ground pool while the kids take selfies to make their friends jealous!  What better way is there to enjoy your Outer Banks vacation than floating around in the cool, refreshing water of your own in-ground pool and soaking up the rays? If you simply must dip your toes in the Outer Banks sand, the beach is just ½ mile away.  The Nags Head Village beach shuttle service will even bring you there during the summer season. When you’re done at the beach, come home, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then it’s time to jump back in the pool while dinner is grilling poolside!
